if there’s something that i hate, it’s that my dreams sometimes contain fictional artists that feel like they could actually be somewhere around here

like for example, my more recent dream, that had an artist on this platform that mainly did m-rated to a-rated artwork

their art style had a charm to it, even if it wasn’t good, i can’t remember what it even looks like, nor what the artist’s name was..

I am a writer, I write primarily shitposts, poking fun at certain topics, such as the Genre of Creepypastas.

You may be wondering, why I’m bringing this up.

Well because there’s a completely original one I’m working on, it’s still in the planning phase, but I have a basic concept on what it will be.

A story that starts off completely wacky and non-sensical like my other shitposts, but it slowly gets more horrifying as time progresses.

The story will also have special drawings, made specifically for itself and itself only.

Now, here’s an issue with the planning process.

.. I’ve only narrowed down two places where it can be written sucessfully.

As the story is meant to be poking fun at Fanfiction, I decided I would either post it on AO3 or Wattpad.

Yet.. Wattpad’s Community Guidelines may screw over the story’s overall message or certain parts of it.

And also, AO3 seemingly doesn’t have proper image embedding like Wattpad, yet Wattpad has the issue of limiting how many images you can use, which may be less of a toll on my arm, but may ruin my ideas for the story’s progression.

So, I’m completely fucked over by this, and I may need to either deal with either website’s problems, or find a completely different one that fixes both problems.

so today i decided “hmm what about that remake of an old rpg i had made, and what if i remade all three?”

this gives me an opportunity to sell the remakes while also making the games actually fucking decent

like the writing wasn’t that good, i used default sprites for most of the characters, and i referenced an rpg that absolutely no-one remembers in the third game.

and while brain-storming ideas, i came up with an idea

rewrite an entire scene within the first game, a very important one at that.

you see, in this scene, the main character finds out somebody very close to him got murdered and he found the person’s body in the back room of a weapon’s shop.

and instead of being distraught, like any normal person would, the main character goes “oh hell naw” and kicks the sleeping shopkeeper.

i want to rewrite this scene to make it more emotional and accurate to how somebody would feel.
